The Mediterranean park, the secular olive grove, the pool and the vegetable gardens are all a few meters away from the main Villa,
as well as from the different Farmhouses and from the Restaurant.
Around the property are the fascinating hills of Le Marche, with the Adriatic sea at less than 1km away. The main road SS16 is but 800m away, and it easily leads to the historic city centers of Fano (10 minutes) and Pesaro (15 minutes).
