Can we arrange a site visit?Yes! Standard site visits last 2 nights (3 days) and include accommodation for 2 guests. Each site visit gives you the chance to try our cuisine in full, from the first evening Family Style dinner to the Wedding Reception & Dinner menu tasting on the second evening, the Panini for the Saturday’s lunch and the 2 days Full Continental breakfast, taste our wines, explore the Villa's grounds, discuss event requirements, meet the florist and enjoy the surrounding area with complimentary e-bikes. Site visits are fully refundable when booking your wedding at Villa Giulia. Speak to Villa's team to arrange your site visit

Do you send us a single invoice for everything?When you decide to confirm, you will sign a contract that will include the provisional total budget and the payment schedule. For each payment we receive, you will receive an invoice. You may ask your guests to cover accommodation, in this case we'll provide with a breakdown of the costs related for you to pass on to your guests. You'll be responsible to gather accommodation payments, and will finalize the invoice with us.

Can you arrange babysitting/childcare?Yes. please mention the number of kids and age participating. We'll arrange for a babysitter (or more) to look after the little ones! Please note that we organize a service of animation during the wedding day, not available for taking babies to sleep.

When is the full balance due?Full balance is due upon guests departure.

Do you have extra beds/cots available for babies/young children?Extra beds are already included in the total number of beds (49 in total) Please provide requirements and number of kids up to 3 participating to set up craddles

How much is the deposit?Deposit is divided in 3 installments as below: 20% of the provisional budget is to be paid upon signature of the contract. 30% 6 months before wedding date 40% 2 months before wedding date Reconciliation prior to guests departure
